Our philosophy

We believe that accommodation should do more than provide a bed for the night. Every property we manage is chosen, prepared, and looked after with the people staying in it firmly in mind, because when someone is away from home for work, the quality of where they stay genuinely matters. That belief shapes every decision we make.

Get to know us

  • Solace Group Co. came from a belief that where you stay shapes how you feel, how you relax, and how you reset. Having experienced firsthand what a difference well-managed accommodation makes, we wanted to create something that raised the bar for businesses who understand that where their people stay actually matters.

    We created Solace with one goal in mind; to provide spaces where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and at home, wherever they are. Too often, great accommodation and genuine hospitality feel like a compromise. We make sure you don't have to choose between the two.

We treat every property as if it were our own, we communicate clearly, and we make sure that everyone, whether that's the person staying or the business that placed them, always knows where they stand. We're honest. We care. And we never forget there are real people involved.

  • We believe trust is earned through actions, not promises. For us, that means being honest when things go well and not shying away when they don't. It means picking up the phone, it means being available and treating every person we work with as more than just a booking or a contract. Our business is built on relationships and every interaction will aim to reflect that.

    Founder

    I started Solace Group Co. because I believed there was a better way to do serviced accommodation. One that felt like someone genuinely cared, and one that wasn't just transactional.

    Whether you're a business placing your people or a property owner looking for the right partner, my role is to understand what you need and make sure our team delivers against that.

    Head of Finance

    I manage the financial side of Solace - from planning and reporting, to making sure everything runs transparently and smoothly behind the scenes.

    I look after the details so the rest of the team can focus on delivering the best possible experience for our clients and property partners.

    I'm our person on the ground in the UAE , building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure Solace has a presence in one of the most exciting markets out there.

    I’ve lived in Dubai for 6 years and have a strong understanding of the landscape and the expectations required.
